If I could only write one sentence about Caitlin Jones, I would say she is a dance artist who shows initiative.  Caitlin has been on several unpaid placements with me, taking the initiative to contact me when she was a BA1 dance student ….and professional paid jobs, since. Caitlin has worked alongside me on large scale parade works. The last time I worked with Caitlin as a dance captain, I put her in charge of choreographing and looking after her own community group. She did this with quiet confidence, creative flair and ease. Caitlin understands team work. In October 2025, Caitlin was a professional performer in a large scale parade, for company, Walk The Plank. Caitlin picked up the choreography I had created quickly and understood what was required of her in this type of parade work/role. She gave strong, energised performances. Caitlin works quietly, creatively and with intelligence. To top off a description of and testimonial for Caitlin, she is a lovely person to have in any team plus a diligent and helpful person to have in any team.
